Let me give you the present of an excellent talk, not by me but by Lyssa Adkins. She is nothing less than the author you probably know by the book “Coaching Agile Teams.”
In this talk Lyssa gave in the cas18, she goes through some ideas about organizations as ecosystems instead of machines, how we can have the mental complexity needed to understand what is required and expected in those environments and how to improve our coaching skills.
There is an underlying complexity of human interactions and nuances that some coaches often ignore, reduce to processes, and pre-set standard techniques. Lyssa here challenges us to look deeper into it.
